Fifteen-plus years as an engineer and executive. He has interviewed and hired hundreds of engineers at Uber, Airbnb, Meta, and as CTO at a Series B fintech.
He co-founded Intro, a platform for warm employee introductions in sales and recruiting. That work shaped how Team Mobina thinks about trust and signal in hiring.
He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
