Alan Seong
Alan has more than fifteen years as an engineer and executive. He has interviewed and hired hundreds of engineers at Uber, Airbnb, and Meta, and as CTO at a Series B fintech company — thinking in scorecards, bar-raiser loops, and outcomes from day one.
He co-founded Intro, a platform that put warm employee introductions at the center of sales and recruiting. That work shaped how Team Mobina thinks about trust, signal, and who you let into your hiring process.
He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford.
